Hi, I'm juno_illust, or simply, Juno (I also go by EveningChild in some other spaces online). I'm a freelance digital illustrator that mostly likes to draw characters.My hobbies include watching anime, reading manga, playing and listening to music, sleeping, being consumed by existential dread and the minute mistakes I've committed in all my past lives, and playing video games, mostly anime stuff!Thanks for stopping by! Terms of Service

1. GENERAL TERMS• All drawings may or will include my signature, unless it's for commercial use.
• Drawings may have a time lapse recording and I may post it on my social media channels (i.e. Youtube, Twitter, etc.)
• Pricing and the time it takes to complete a commission will vary depending on the complexity of the piece and on other circumstances. Please refer to my online request form at https://artistree.io/junoillust for general details.
• It is preferred that you place your request via my Artistree request form (linked above), but feel free to contact me thru email or X(formerly Twitter) if you would highly prefer otherwise.
• Commissions for commercial use (e.g. print designs for on sale items) will cost 2x the total price.2. PAYMENT• Currency accepted is either USD or PHP and can be paid through PayPal, Gcash, or any other Philippine money transfer services.• Commissions can be paid either 100% after sketch approval, or split 50% after sketch approval and 50% after watermarked final product is sent.• Please don't send any payment before you are explicitly told that you are given a slot, and before I ask that you send me the payment.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY• I will notify you if/when your request has been approved.• The workflow will be roughly divided into phases as follows: Sketch phase -> Sketch approval -> Payment -> Work phase -> Final Preview -> 2nd half payment (if applicable) -> Delivery of final output.• During Sketch phase, communicate the details that you want for the piece, such as composition, camera angle, pose, colors, and canvass dimensions. You may be involved as much as you wish here :)• During Work phase, I will be keeping in touch to either send progress updates, or clarify details of the piece. Please expect more messages for more complicated pieces :)• Progress update images will have a watermark.• In case of foreseen or unforeseen delays, I will notify you as soon as possible.• Once the piece is completed, I will be sending you 2 Full resolution images (in TIFF and PNG format) and a web friendly size(PNG). You may also ask for a different format if you like.• I only provide digital output and no hard copies. However, depending on where you live, we can arrange a print for you if you would still want one nonetheless. Feel free to ask :)4. REVISIONS• During sketch phase, there are no hard restrictions for the amount of revisions, as long as I can afford the time and effort.• Once a sketch has been approved and Work phase starts, you may request for revisions up to 3 times at any point (you may point out multiple areas for revision at a time). However, major revisions (e.g. large composition changes, major lighting changes) will no longer be allowed at this point.• Upon delivery of the final preview, revisions will incur an additional fee, unless it as a misunderstanding on my part.• If you wish to have previously approved details be reworked, I will be charging you a fee.• If the provided references are unclear, any changes past the sketching phase will incur additional fees.• Revision fees are based on the base commission price and the complexity of the desired revisions.5. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY• I, juno_illust, the artist, reserve the rights for the produced artwork. Therefore, I may use the artwork for promoting myself and post it anywhere I would like. I will, however, notify the client if I will be using it for commercial purposes. If the client wishes that I do not post and use it anywhere, they may ask to discuss it beforehand.• The client is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) and concept as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos (this counts as commercial use).•The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the artwork commercially when the commission was agreed to be non-commercial.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Removing my signature from the artwork.
- Altering the artwork in a way that gravely misrepresents me, and claiming that I am responsible for the alterations.• I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution, unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time. Just let me know).6. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY• Once a sketch has been approved and Work phase has started, if the client has paid 100% upfront, they are entitled to a 50% refund.• If client has opted for the 50-50 payment option, once the sketch has been approved and Work phase has started, they may no longer request a refund for the first 50% of the commission fee.• If, for any reason, I am unable to push through with your commission, I will issue a full refund.• If you are getting a refund and are using Paypal, do not request a charge-back. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
